Pre-Race Help:
Select area(s) of Interest (check all that apply. Training will be provided)

 Distributing/hanging window posters and entry forms in the community colleges, schools, running and athletic stores, libraries, churches, etc. (beginning in July).
 Runner’s packet stuffing during race week (times TBD).
 Helping in the office during race week (labeling bibs, folding shirts, etc.)
 Packet Pick up (16 and older) from Noon - 6 p.m. Sept. 19, @ Diamond Brand Outdoors. 172 Charlotte St.
 Grunt crew (set up tents, etc.) on Friday, Sept. 19, (times TBD).
 

Race Day Assistance, Saturday, September 20


 Course Marshall (7:00 - 11:00 a.m) - Direct participants on course & keep course safe (must be 18 or older)
 Packet pick up at the registration area (7 - 10 a.m. Must be 16 or older and are required to attend training prior to the race.)
 On-site registration and cashier at the registration area (7:00 - 10:30 a.m. Must be 18 and older and are required to attend training prior to the race)
 Grunt Crew (6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.). Includes set up and tear down.
Parking (select from the following times)
    6:30 - 9:30 a.m.
    9 - 11 a.m.
    10:30 - 12:30
 Door prizes and Awards (8 - 11 a.m.)
 Water & Food Stations (7:30 - 11 a.m.)
 Kids Play & Family Activity Area (7 - 11 a.m)
 Tot-Trot (9 - 10 a.m., or until Trot is finished). Must check in by 7:30 a.m.
 Photographer/Videographer (6:30 - Noon)
 Substitute - Place me where I’m needed!
